4. Token System & Premium Features

• Token Economy: Testly uses a token-based system for accessing premium features
• Token Acquisition: Tokens can be earned through referrals, daily usage, or purchased
• Service Changes: Token costs, features, and premium services may change over time with advance notice
• No Refunds: Purchased tokens are non-refundable unless required by law

5. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Misuse, spam, or abusive behavior
• Uploading illegal or copyrighted content without permission
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit the app

7. Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
• We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Testly shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
